Site Wide Settings > Email Customer Information
Previously located on the Order Settings tab, this option is no longer used within the Email content of 4.x.

Previously located on the Site Layout tab, this option is redundant of the Site Layout Column options that control the mailing list display.
Site Wide Settings > Hide Duplicate Products in Search
Previously located on the Site Rules tab, this option no longer applies within the improved Search function of 4.x.

Previously located on the Site Rules tab, this option is redundant of the Shipping Manage option controlling handling display.
