Release Notes: Version 4.3.2 Software Update
New Features
There are five new features available in the MonsterCommerce software with the v4.3.2 release: The new Site Setup Wizard, the ability to Add Product Images in the New Product Editor and Product Wizard, the Previous button in the New Product Wizard, the Forced 301 Redirect, and the ability to Display your Logo in the Logo Editor.
Site Setup Wizard
The new Site Setup Wizard has been improved for greater usability. The Wizard has been categorized into four sections of content; Store Operations, Design & Layout, Product Information, and Site Content. As each stage of the Wizard is completed the information entered will be saved and displayed on your storefront. A progress bar will display at the top of the left side menu of the Wizard. This will display the percentage of the Wizard that you have completed, as well as what is remaining. The Site Setup Wizard is found from the QuickLinks Menu in the Admin Panel.

Note: If you have previously entered information directly through the Admin Panel, the Site Setup Wizard will display as "0%" completed. The Wizard will not display as finished until all of the steps within the Wizard have been entered and completed.
Add Product Images
This option gives Store Admins the ability to upload both Large and Thumbnail images, along with Alt Tag descriptions. You will now be able to add these images from the initial page of the New Product Wizard as well as through the Add a New Product Editor.
To access these options; log into the Admin Panel and go to : from the "Sales Manager" section.
New Product Wizard, Previous Button
We have added a "Previous" button to each step beyond the first of the New Product Wizard. You will be able to each completed step and make changes to the information you have already added before adding a product to your store.
To access the New Product Wizard: log into the Admin Panel and go to , from the "Sales Manager" section.
Forced 301 Redirect
We have replaced the "Forced www" option for your domain with a Forced 301 Redirect. 301 Redirects "permanently move" visitors to your site to the URL specified, which is acceptable to the Search Engines, and avoids the risk of duplicate content penalties.
For example, if you have set your Domain Name to "www.monstercommerce.com" and a visitor enters a URL of "monstercommerce.com" the site will automatically forward the visitor to "www.monstercommerce.com". However, if the Domain Name is set to "monstercommerce.com" (without the www.) and a visitor to the site enters "www.monstercommerce.com" the site will automatically forward the visitor to "monstercommerce.com".
To enable this option: log in to your Admin Panel and go to , from the "Design Manager" section. Under Site Path Information set "Force site to perform a 301 redirect to above domain name:" to "Yes".
Displaying Logos within the Editor
This feature allows you to view a selected image on the screen within the Logo Editor.
To use this feature, browse to an image within the File Manager, select, and then save within the Logo Editor. The image will then display in the middle of the page, allowing you to preview your logo in the Admin Panel.
To access this new option: log into the Admin Panel and go to , from the "Design Manager" section.
Note: If you are using Default only, or a combination of Default and Custom, for your Top of Page HTML, once you click on the "Save" button this logo will appear on the storefront.
