Submit new feature requests through the technical support trouble ticketing system. Technical Support representatives will then review feature requests and forward to the Development Team.

Your requests drive our feature development! Our preferred methods for new feature requests are through your ticketing system or within the feature request section of the forums.
Each request will be reviewed by our development team for possible inclusion in future releases.
Our Procedure
New feature requests will be collected, reviewed, and provided on a continual basis, per our development cycle.
New feature requests will be reviewed by the MC team on a quarterly basis in the following manner:
Core development representatives review each feature and scopes the time involved for design, development, implementation, and testing
Core development representatives generate and submit report to team
Team meets to discuss each potential new feature
Team decides which feature requests to include within next software release
Project manager further defines scope of each feature request and assigns accordingly
Internal communications team relays information to customer base

To file a ticket from your admin panel login to your Administration Panel and click the "MyMC/Support" button. Create a new Ticket to submit your new feature request.
