What is MonsterBooks?
Operating a successful online business demands that you have an easy way
of managing your finances and orders on your home PC. MonsterBooks takes
the pain out of copying new orders from your online store one at a time
into QuickBooks. With a few mouse clicks you can import dozens of orders
into QuickBooks, automatically updating your inventory levels. Customers
and Products are automatically added in as well as your shipping and payment
methods.
For those of you who have used MonsterBooks 2.1, You will find that with
the 4.0 version of MonsterBooks you can also update the status of orders
and update inventory in your MonsterCommerce store based on information
from QuickBooks. You will also see a dramatic increase in speed and overall
performance.

Download orders and their products, shipping, payment, customers
etc., from your store into QuickBooks
Import Orders
- Imported as either Invoices, Sales Receipts, and Sales Orders
- Prefixes and Suffixes can be added to Order reference numbers to aid
in keeping sales sources straight
- New Orders can be imported as Pending and/or To Be Printed
- Skip or Add Orders which have matching order referencing numbers with
existing orders in QuickBooks
- Orders can be deleted from QuickBooks based upon order statuses in
your online store
- Orders in your online store can have their status changed based upon
QuickBooks information
- You can force a Receivables account or Sales Rep on each new Order
Import Line Items
- Discounts, Delivery Charges, Packing Fees, and Order Tax can be brought
over as line items
- Specify Sales Tax origin state to determine whether or not sales tax
will be applied
- Order Notes and Checkout questions from your online store can be imported
- Order Weight can be imported (shows up as a line item description)

Inventory Manangement
- Inventory counts in QuickBooks can be uploaded to your online stores
for better inventory management
Import Customers
- Customers not already in QuickBooks can be added automatically and
can be created as Pending if desired
- User has control over how new Customer Job names are created
- User has control over how Customer names appear in Invoices/Sales
