Request Support and Services through MyMC

Updating account information or requesting services is quick and easy!

Instructions:
Simply click here to login to MyMC. Fill in your Customer ID and Password Click on the Login icon Click on the My tickets link Click on the open a new ticket icon Select your category from the category dropdown Fill in your subject and Description Click on the create ticket icon
Request Support and Services from your Admin Panel

Updating account information or requesting services from your Admin Panel is just as quick and easy!

Login to you admin panel Click on the MyMc/Support link Fill in you Customer ID and Password Click on the Login icon Click on the My tickets link Click on the open a new ticket icon Select your category from the category dropdown Fill in your subject and Description Click on the create ticket icon

Please do not include any sensitive information like your admin panel username/password, payment gateway username/password or any other personal information in your tickets. If you must send sensitive data to support, please contact support and have them setup a secure method of transferring the details.
