How do I keep the Quantity box from displaying within my storefront?

You can enable/disable the Quantity boxes by going to Settings >> Site Wide Settings >> Product List & Details > Display Quantity Discount Pricing Table within Product Detail Page. This should be set to NO. This will prevent them from showing at all.
