How can we get a list of those who have asked to unsubscribe to our newsletter?

At this time, there are no options to get this list. If they are a newsletter subscriber and they unsubscribe, their email is simply deleted from your list. If they are a customer and they unsubscribe, they will remain in your customer database but will not be flagged as a newsletter recipient.
