Warehouse emails are sent provided you have created a Warehouse within Inventory >> Warehouse Manager and you have a Warehouse specified within your product, under the Drop Ship tab.
If the order was placed using a Custom Payment Method, the email will be sent to the Warehouse when you change the order status to “In Progress”.
If the order was placed using PayPal, the email will be sent to the Warehouse when you change the order status to “In Progress”.
If the order was placed using an Online Payment Method, the email will be sent to the Warehouse when the status of the order is “New Order” or "In Progress" (See Below)
If Store Admin has Authorize Only checked in the Online Payment Manager, then the Warehouse email is sent when the order status is changed to “In Progress”
If payments are charged at time of sale, then the email will be sent to the Warehouse at the time the order is placed.
The software is designed to handle warehouse emails differently based upon payment method used in order to prevent fraudulent orders from receiving products.
