When I reply to my own emails, it bounces back as undeliverable. How do I fix this?

Log into the web interface for the email account and select Change User Information from the Personal Account Options dropdown (http://www.yoursite.com:8383).

Within this screen, from the drop-down menu select User Information.  Scroll to the bottom of this page and change the Reply To email address to emailname@yoursite.com. You will need to verify the Reply To address for all email accounts created for your site.
