USPS rates with sizes in parentheses are no longer returning. Verified with JD that the returned rate names have changed and they are no longer returning the part with the parentheses so we are trying to match the returned name and not finding it.
To reproduce:
1. Add all USPS methods with parentheses in the name to your site
2. Try and get a rate for one of those methods
3. Try and get a rate for the methods on the USPS site
Expected:
Rates are displayed on the storefront because they are returned on USPS.gov
Actual:
Rates are not displayed because their names have changed.
Example - USPS Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope (12.5"" x 9.5"") is now just Express Mail? Flat Rate Envelope

Names have been matched to what USPS returns. The parentheses have all been removed, the two Priority Mail Flat-Rate Box methods have been merged into the one, and Express Mail PO to PO has been added as a new method.
