Previewing your Design

Preview your SEO Catalog design using the “Preview Index Page” and “Preview Product Page” buttons found within the “Customize SEO Catalog” options shown in page one.

Catalog Generator Rules

The following rules are applied to the creation of your online catalog generator:

Top of Page

If you have any content within the SEO Catalog Top of Page Editor, this will override other options within your HTML editors. Otherwise, your default logo image will be used.

Manufacturer

If you hide your manufacturers within your Site Wide Settings, this information will be hidden within your catalog.

Product Columns

The number of columns set within your Site Wide Settings will carry over into your catalog.

Currency Symbol

This will show the correct Currency Symbol set within Settings >> Site Wide Settings >> System Options tab.

Product Price

The price is pulled from your Customer Price within your Product Editor.

Store Front Main Table Size

The main table width, set within Layout >> Site Wide Color & Font Options >> Site Borders & Misc., will set the width of your main table in your catalog pages.

Page Alignment

The page alignment, set within Layout >> Site Wide Color & Font Options >> Site Borders & Misc., will set your alignment.

After you select your plan, click the button to generate your SEO Catalog. You will then be taken to a page that provides the necessary HTML to insert within any of your Custom HTML Editors (preferably the Bottom of Page HTML Editor). Simply copy and paste the HTML code into your selected HTML Editor and hit Update. Test your new catalog by clicking on your new link within the storefront and you are all set!
