With CyberSource's Enterprise account option, you have access to all tools to maintain and support payment options through a single web-based virtual terminal for multiple accounts. If you have more than one store, you can manage all transactions through one location.

Creating a Security Key

Security Key

The security key is used to add a digital signature to every transaction that is sent to CyberSource from your MonsterCommerce store.

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Business Center at https://ebc.cybersource.com.
  2. Click the “Account Management” tab.
  3. Click “Transaction Security Key” in the navigation pane. The Transaction Security Keys page will appear. See figure 1.1
  4. Click “Generate Key” See figure 1.2
  5. The download may take several minutes during which the applet may appear as a large gray box.
  6. Verify that the certificate is signed by “CyberSource Corporation”, then click “Yes” See figure 1.3
  7. To accept the certificate, click “Yes”. The New Security Key window appears. When the General Certificate Request button appears, the download is complete.
  8. Click “Generate Certificate Request”. You will see messages in the message box.
  9. To accept the certificate, click “Yes” or “Always”
  10. Choose a safe location for your key, For example, Save the file to the My Documents folder. See figure 1.4
  11. To verify that your key is active, click “Transaction Security Keys” in the navigation pane. Your new key is listed at the bottom of the table. See figure 1.5
  12. Once you create the Security Key, you will download the file to your computer and then upload the file to your store. To do this, log in to the Admin Panel and go to Checkout >> Online Payment Manager. Select CyberSource from the Gateway Options drop down menu and click the Edit button. Click the Browse button under the Upload Your .p12 File Here section. Select your file, click open, then click the Upload button in your Admin Panel.
