A. To retrieve your password, you would follow these steps:
If you did not pay with a credit card, please call support at 1-800-363-6582 to request your password
A. You will need to contact the primary contact and they will need to add/update the login information for your account. This can be done under “My Contacts” in My MonsterCommerce.
Note: Only the primary contact has the ability to add secondary contacts.

A. My MonsterCommerce contains sensitive information, your account details, etc. We have required that you login each time to protect your information.
A. When secondary contacts call into Billing or Technical Support, they will have to be authenticated based on whatever secret questions/answer that you have stored in My MonsterCommerce. This allows greater power to be given to secondary contacts.
A. This will allow you, the client, to submit comments for every ticket that you close. This information is stored in My MonsterCommerce.

A. Best practices for setting passwords suggest NOT using the same password for multiple accounts. Should the password for one account be compromised the security for all other accounts is weakened.
