Q. How do I retrieve my password for MyMC - Primary Contact?

A. To retrieve your password, you would follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Register Now” button
  2. Enter in the Primary Contact's first name, last name, email address and last 4 digits of the credit card that was used to sign up with MonsterCommerce

If you did not pay with a credit card, please call support at 1-800-363-6582 to request your password

Q. How do I retrieve my password for MyMC - Secondary Contact?

A. You will need to contact the primary contact and they will need to add/update the login information for your account. This can be done under “My Contacts” in My MonsterCommerce.

Note: Only the primary contact has the ability to add secondary contacts.

Q. How do I update my credit card information?

A. Only the Primary Contact has this access.

  1. Open “My Billing” from My MonsterCommerce
  2. Click on “Update Credit Card Info”
  3. Enter the credit card number without dashes or spaces (ex: 1111222233334444)
  4. Select the correct expiration Month/Year
  5. Enter the CVV code from the back of your credit card
  6. Enter the billing street address and zip code
  7. Click on “Update Information”

Q. I didn't have to login every time to view my tickets before, why now?

A. My MonsterCommerce contains sensitive information, your account details, etc. We have required that you login each time to protect your information.

Q. What is the secret question/answer used for?

A. When secondary contacts call into Billing or Technical Support, they will have to be authenticated based on whatever secret questions/answer that you have stored in My MonsterCommerce. This allows greater power to be given to secondary contacts.

Q. Why is there a ‘Comments?’ field next to every ticket?

A. This will allow you, the client, to submit comments for every ticket that you close. This information is stored in My MonsterCommerce.

Q. Will I be able to sign up for other MonsterCommerce services through My MonsterCommerce?

A. This feature is Coming Soon!

Q. What does the Secondary Contact have access to view?

A. My Store, My Tickets, and My Suggestions.

Q. Can I set the MyMonsterCommerce password to be the same as my store Admin Account password?

A. Best practices for setting passwords suggest NOT using the same password for multiple accounts. Should the password for one account be compromised the security for all other accounts is weakened.
