My MC

This QuickGuide is dedicated to helping you navigate the MonsterCommerce ticketing system. Page one details what you will see when you enter, update, edit, or close a ticket. Page two details what email information you will receive from the ticketing system.


MyMC/Support

To create a new ticket, log in to your MonsterCommerce admin panel and click on the MyMC/Support link on the top navigation bar. If you have not already registered for your MyMonsterCommerce account, please visit the following guide for instructions:

My Tickets

Click on My Tickets to begin. Here you will have the following options:

  • View 10 Most Recently Updated Tickets
  • Open a New Ticket
  • View Open Tickets
  • View Closed Tickets
  • View Recent Tickets

Open a New Ticket

  1. Click on “Open a New Ticket”
  2. Select the Category in which you are inquiring about
  3. Enter a Subject, for example: Not receiving email
  4. Enter a Description. You will want to give as much detail as possible within this field.

    Note: Do not include any sensitive information like your admin panel username/password, payment gateway login information, or personal information. If you must send sensitive data, please contact support and they will setup a secure method of transferring the details.

  5. Click “Create Ticket”

View Open Tickets

View your Open Tickets by clicking on the “View Open Tickets” button. The Status of each ticket is displayed. Also from this screen, you have the option to View or Edit the tickets. If you Edit a ticket, the ticket will be updated and the technician assigned to that ticket will get an email with your updates noted.

View Closed Tickets

View your Closed Tickets by clicking on the “View Closed Tickets” button. Here, you will be able to View each ticket by clicking on “View” under the Actions.

View Recent Tickets

View your Recent Tickets by clicking on the “View Recent Tickets” button. Here, you will view the 10 most recently updated tickets.
