Ticketing System Email Format

Below is an example of the emails you will receive when working with the MonsterCommerce Ticketing System. There are six status emails sent for a variety of updates. They include:

  • Ticket Created - Confirmation
  • Ticket Assigned - Notification
  • Ticket Updated - Information
  • Ticket Changed - Information
  • Ticket Closed - by Customer
  • Ticket Closed - by Tech, with Information

The example below indicates what an “Assigned” email would look like:
